Petitioner is in custody in connection with Samastipur (Rail)P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was a bonafide passenger and he was not owner of the liquor seized in the instant case contained in bag. Petitioner was arrested only on suspicion. He has remained in custody since 28.3.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 28.3.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
