The petitioners are in custody since 30.07.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3/4/5/6/7 of the Immoral Traffic Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners have been falsely roped in under the provisions of the Immoral Traffic Act and, if at all they were present, they may be considered as victims rather than accused persons. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.
