JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 55 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act. It is a case of cruelty due to non fulfillment of dowry of Rs. 2 lacs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the deceased was acquitted by the trial court on 23.01.2018. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the deceased and husband of the deceased. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
