JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S.Case No. 99 of 2012 (ST No. 377 of 2017) registered under Sections 147,148,149 and 302 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31495 of 2017 and there is allegation of firing on the deceased due to which he succumbed to injuries.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that four witnesses have been examined in this case and they have not supported the prosecution case.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14869 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
