The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No.121 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2023. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim girl has married with the petitioner. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
