JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 549 of 2017, dated 05.11.2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have indulged in assault leading to injuries on the person of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the occurrence took place because of fight between

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents, this Court is inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 549 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
