The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 registered under Section 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

No.26848 of 2021(6) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S.
