The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.542 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery has been made from a pick up van. The petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the vehicle in question. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
