The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the Respondents-University for issuance of MarkSheet of B.A. Part-1, B.A. Part-II and B.A. Part-III and also to issue CLC and provisional certificate of the B.A. (Hons.) of the petitioner who appeared in the aforesaid examination held during sessions 2016 to 2019.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the University produced a Letter dated 03.07.2025 of the B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura addressed to the Principal of SCB Evening College, Purnea and submits that the results of Part-I,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4726 of 2025(3) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 Part-II and Part-III of the petitioner has been sent to the concerned College and the petitioner may obtain mark-sheets as well as necessary documents from the concerned College.

4. Having considered the submission of the University, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the College for obtaining the mark-sheets of Part-I, Part-II and Part-III and other necessary certificates. It is made clear that if the petitioner approaches the concerned College, the College will provide the mark-sheets and other necessary documents within the maximum period of one month.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
