2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to allow him to participate in the interview scheduled on 04.03.2025 to 06.03.2025 pursuant to the advertisement dated 21.09.2020 for the post of Assistant Professor (English).
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar State University Service Commission has submitted that pursuant to the interview held on 04.03.2025, for the post of Assistant Professor (English) to 06.03.2025, the result has also been published on 08.03.2025.
4. In view of the above, since as per submission of the learned counsel for the respondent Bihar State University
Patna High Court CWJC No.4034 of 2025(2) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 Service Commission, the interview, for which the petitioner is seeking direction to participate, has already been held on 04.03.2025 to 06.03.2025, the result of which is also stated to have been published on 08.03.2025, no relief, as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, can be granted.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is hereby disposed off as infructuous.
