JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-04-2019 It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners have discharged their duties under the Bihar State Social Welfare Board in execution of several welfare scheme for a considerable length of time. Placing reliance on the long service rendered in the department they would be claiming benefits of absorption in other scheme being executed by the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS). Such claim would be submitted before the Principal Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Deptt.
Patna High Court CWJC No. 12219 of 2014(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 Government of Bihar, New Secretariat, respondent no.5 having regard to the observations of this Court made in CWJC No. 6510 of 2003 disposed of along with CWJC No. 13553 of 2002 on 17.9.2010.
In view of the aforesaid submission, no order needs to be passed in favour of the petitioners. This Court would only observe that if such claim is made, respondent no.5 would be obliged to consider the same and dispose it of in accordance with law expeditiously and without any undue delay and preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
