ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.1.2015 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Criminal Revision No.496 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the order dated 22.8.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Trial No.1172 of 2014 (C.R. No.775 of 1991), by which he had cancelled the bail bond of the Petitioner.

The Petitioner undertakes to be physically present on each date of trial.

On such undertaking, the order dated 12.1.2015 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Criminal Revision No.496 of 2014 and the order dated 22.8.2014 passed by the Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10246 of 2015 dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Magistrate, Darbhanga in Trial No.1172 of 2014 (C.R. No.775 of 1991) is hereby set aside.

The Petitioner is directed to physically appear on each date of trial without fail. The Trial Court is also directed to conclude the trial positively within a period of 45 working days without giving unnecessary adjournments to any party.

The application stands allowed with the aforesaid direction.
