JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 504, 506, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is of firing on the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is specific allegation of firing against co-accused Sunil. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case with regard to land dispute. FIR itself shows that no injury has been caused by the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody for more than 1 1⁄2 months.

No.40070 of 2017 (2) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Tikka P.S.Case No. 81 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
