The petitioner is aggrieved by the functioning of the Executive Officer respondent no. 3 and seeks action initiated against him for his acts of omission and commission. The petitioner happens to be the Chairman of the Municipality. The pleadings on record does not show that the petitioner has raised such issue either before the Empowered Standing Committee of the Municipality or the State Government.
In the circumstances so discussed, no cause for indulgence is made out at the present stage.
The writ petition is disposed of.
