JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the informant is that while he was returning from Mahadalit Tola Puraini Marhar to Madhepura on his motorcycle, he was apprehended by two miscreants and his motorcycle was looted.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent. He has no criminal history, nothing has been seized from his possession and the same is borne out from the fact that his signature is not present on the seizure list. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
