Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395,397,376(D),376(3) and 376(DA) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Unknown person allegedly looted to the informant and ravished to the daughter of the informant, who was alongwith the informant. During investigation, about 16 person including the petitioner were arrested by the police on suspicion. They were put on T.I.Parade. 12 were identified by the informant and the victim girl, however, the petitioner was not identified. Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.14783 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with POCSO Case No.56 of 2018 arising out of Konch Police Station Case No.195 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
