There are four independent respondents nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 namely, Rewati Raman Prasad Sinha, Rajiv Ranjan Prasad, Manindra Nath Verma and Akhilesh Kumar Verma, who are contesting

Patna High Court CWJC No.1177 of 1995 dt.23-04-2015 respondents and in whose favour the impugned orders have been passed.
