JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

At an earlier occasion while petitioner had moved under Cr. Misc. No. 32387/2014, he had withheld his criminal antecedents though required under High Court's Rule to be incorporated under para-3 of the petition. However, after procurement of case diary unsuccessfully, an attempt was made which was deprecated and on account thereof, vide order dated 04.12.2014, prayer was rejected. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 10.05.2014. Accordingly, petitioner, Gourav Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui PS Case No. 115/2014.
