Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that petitioner is not named in the FIR nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. He was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused before the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.14860 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khaira Police Station Case No. 227 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
