Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No.03 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 332, 353, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that similarly situated accused person has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.4.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20486 of 2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32394 of 2018 (2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-III, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No.03 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
