After hearing the parties, the order in this case was reserved on 21.11.2022, and, therefore, it was to be notified for 'Orders'. It seems that the case-file of this case was placed by the office with various other cases, for obtaining my signatures. Mistakenly, a signature was put under Order No. 13 also, though it was yet to be formally notified for 'Orders'. The mistake further continued at the end of the office too, which uploaded the said order on the High Court's website on 29.11.2022.

No.26 of 2019(14) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 In the aforesaid background, in order to allay any future confusion and doubt, it is clarified that the date of order of the case shall be treated to be 29.11.2022. The case shall be treated to have been notified for orders on 29.11.2022. I have made necessary correction in the date of order with my pen. Let necessary corrections be incorporated in date of the order accordingly, by the registry. Further, let the Order No. 13, which has been uploaded on the Court's website on 29.11.2022 be offloaded and the corrected order be uploaded, with correct date of the order.
