JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected, but the father-in-law of the deceased on similar footing has been granted anticipatory bail on 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 26268 of 2022. Considering that aspect, Rikhiya Kumari @ Rakhi Kumari was also granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 6866

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16790 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 of 2023. The case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Barh in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
