An application for correction of the order passed by the Court dated 22.2.2022 has been filed by the petitioner submitting that the offence mentioned in para 2 erroneously do not mention offence under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The same is modified.

I have considered the submission and carefully gone through the records, there appears to be typographical mistake.

In view thereof, the order dated 22.02.2022 is modified to the extent of para 2 to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17405 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 include following words "an offence under Section 27 of the Arms Act".

The present order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 22.02.2022.

The application for modification is disposed of accordingly.
