The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on secret information that few miscreants are moving on two motorcycles and are preparing to commit dacoity, the police conducted raid. It is alleged that one country made pistol, one cartridge and one Hero Honda motorcycle was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that the name of this petitioner has been mentioned in the FIR merely on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16876 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 suspicion. The other co-accused of this case have already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. nos. 7098 of 2019 and 1916 of 2019.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.8.2018 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gadhaur) P.S.
