The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pranpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter went to college, but she did not return. On enquiry he came to know that the petitioner and others forcibly kidnapped his minor daughter. It is submitted that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she went along with the petitioner, but the petitioner did not do any illegal acts with her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13672 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Priya, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 167 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
