JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench dated 18.04.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1422 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & ors. vs. Rhituraj Saraubh & Anr.).

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case such representation is filed, the same shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 5

Patna High Court CWJC No.6046 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case the case of the petitioner is found similar to the respondents of the aforesaid judgment dated 18.04.2018, similar relief would be granted to the petitioner within a period of four weeks therefrom.
