The petitioners apprehend their arrest in S.C./S.T. Dehri P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The informant made allegations that the petitioners abused and assaulted him.
It is submitted that on account of land dispute the informant has filed this false case. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 17.10.2014, but the written report was submitted on 22.10.2014. This fact itself shows the falsity of the entire
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14083 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 allegations.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with S.C./S.T. Dehri P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
