JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Raniganj PS Case No. 349 of 2017 registered under Sections 392 of the IPC. It is submitted that except disclosure of name of the petitioner in the confessional statement by Suraj Sah there is no other material against the petitioner, robbed motorcycle was recovered from the possession of Suraj Sah and not from this petitioner, besides this he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pawan Kumar Rajak @ Munna is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Araria in connection with Raniganj PS Case No. 349 of 2017.
