JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Instant application has been filed for modification of order dated 2.3.2022, passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No.1060 of 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that while allowing bail to the petitioner/appellant vide order dated 2.3.2022 the Court had directed to deposit of fine amount, whereas in other case, realization of fine of other co-convict has been stayed by the order of this Court.

Considering the facts of the case and the prayer of the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for modification

Modification petition is dismissed as such.
