This application, in so far as petitioners No 2 and 4 are concerned, is dismissed as infructuous.
The petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Sour Bazar Police Station (PS) Case No 565 of 2013 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 385, 447 of Indian Penal Code.
It is pointed out that the parties are close agnates and there was a dispute in relation to partition of property which led to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30065 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 this acrimonious allegation.
Be that as it may, the petitioners abovenamed shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sour Bazar PS Case No 565 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
