Petitioner, already in custody since 27.3.2018, seeks bail in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 324, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188, 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus against large number of people regarding indulging in communal riot and arson, similarly situated co-accused have been admitted to bail by this Court, arising out of the same incident in different police station he has been made accused and except that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31107 of 2018 (2) dt.23-05-2018 2/2 he has no other criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 95 of 2018.
