The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.01.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran P.S. Case No.1207 of 2014 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for offence under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 379, 384 of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 29.01.2015 taking cognizance against the petitioner for offence under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 379, 384 of Indian Penal Code is made out.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25559 of 2015(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all his grievances at the stage of framing of charge, if the charge has not already framed.
