2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authority to demarcate the land of the petitioner by appointing a Anchal Amin for which the petitioner has deposited cost of Amin and comply the order dated 8.2.2016 passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reform, Pupri whereby and where under a direction was given to the Circle Officer demarcate the land of the to petitioner taking help to the

(ii) and for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law.

3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 4 and learned counsel for the State has taken this Court to different Annexures to show that they have taken steps in the matter and demarcation took place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner dispute the same and submits that it is prior to the writ petition.

5. The counter affidavit was served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner on 21.07.2022 and there is no rebuttal to it when the case has been taken up.

6. In that background, the Court is satisfied that the demarcation has taken place. If the petitioner still has any grievance, can always have the liberty to move before the revenue authorities.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
