JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 16.2.2018, seeks bail in Hasanpur PS Case No. 26 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as one of the co-accused Md. Mahboob Alam has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 30701 of 2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Sanjoor Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur PS Case No. 26 of 2018.
