JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Jokihat P.S. Case No. 316/18, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner and others is of assaulting the son of the informant by means of fists and slaps and there is also allegation co-accused Bechan of having inflicted the knife blow and the petitioners said to have snatched away Rs. 50,000/- and a golden chain.

No.15656 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that except PW4 all the petitioners are ladies and there is not allegation against them of assaulting the son of informant and so far the allegation of snatching the cash and golden chain is concerned, the same is ornamental.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S.
