JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 16.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13771/2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that during trial the victim has denied the entire prosecution case and also identification of all the accused persons. Petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2020. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and deposition of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
