Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

Further, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 of the bail application in course of the day.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 120(B), 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act and Sections 3⁄4 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the police got information that flesh trade is going on in the house of co-

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The F.I.R. has been instituted by the police officer on his self statement. Subsequently the victim was examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The victim has not named this petitioner nor any allegation has been levelled against him. The victim has levelled allegations against co-accused Golu, Vicky and Shashank.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VIth-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Begusarai in connection with POCSO case No.57 of 2021
