KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No.158 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 384/34 of the I.P.C.

The petitioner is Indira Awas Assistant in the Block and the informant is the Block Development Officer who has alleged that the beneficiaries of Indira Awas have filed complaint against the petitioner of taking Rs.20,000/- from the beneficiaries after they withdrew the amount from their Savings Account. Alegations are vague in nature as no specific date and time has been given and no prior of such allegation with respect to petitioner has been made before authorities.

No.31674 of 2018 (2) dt.24-05-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, le the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,Hilsa, in Hilsa P.S. Case No.158 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
