Petitioner is an accused in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.01. 2020 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is further submitted that the charge has already been framed in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,
