The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rashulpur P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 for offences under Sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the order dated 09.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 86406 of 2019 by which petitioners of that case have been granted anticipatory bail, the application for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is also allowed.
