The petitioner seeks bail in Salaiya P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. During investigation the name of petitioner has been taken by co-accused Dinesh Chaudhary in his confessional statement before the Police. He further submits that other co-accused have already been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 26.9.2016 and 22.6.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 28014 of 2016 and 36028 of 2018 respectively.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Salaiya P.S.
