The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having stolen the motorcycle of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and have been remanded in the present case when they were arrested in one another case. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the petitioners nor the petitioners have been put on test identification parade till date. The petitioners are stated to languishing in custody since 09.07.2017.
