Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that a stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the completion of investigation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
