The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner by order dated 25.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.48285 of 2021, whereby the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner has been framed by order dated 29.06.2021 (Annexure-4) to the bail application. Since the charges have been framed against the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16846 of 2022(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 pending in connection with Chainpur P. S. Case No.301 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
