Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 723 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that from the custody of the petitioner one country-made katta and three live cartridges were recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.9.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained
