Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147,148,149,302,504,506 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act.

As per the allegation made in the F.I.R., there was allegation made against 11 named accused persons out of which specific allegation was made against Deepak Kumar Singh (petitioner) from whose gun shot injury the father of the informant died. Another allegation is upon Bishwanath Singh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16761 of 2022(4) dt.12-09-2022 2/3 and Satyanand Singh who fired on informant with an intention to kill, upon rest of the accused there is general and omnibus allegation of firing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submits that it appears from the FIR that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the specific allegation was made against Deepak Kumar Singh (petitioner) from whose gun shot injury the father of the informant died. Further submits that the prayer for bail of co-accused Satyanand Singh has been rejected vide order dated 26.05.2022 in Cr.Misc.No.72134 of 2021 and also prayer for bail of another co-accused, namely, Bishwanath Singh has been rejected vide order dated 25.05.2022 in Cr.Misc. No.71158 of 2021 by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and prayer for bail of co-accused persons have been rejected by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with
