2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , total 515 liters of illicit wine was recovered from two seized motorcycles and petitioner has got 3 criminal antecedent of similar nature .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized motorcycles. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17743 of 2025(2) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of recovery and criminal antecedent of petitioner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
