JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 By order dated 13.04.2022, report was called for from the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Saran at Chapra regarding the stage of trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of trial in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.161 of 2019.

Perused the report at 'Flag-X'.

The Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Saran, Chapra has reported that out of six witnesses, three witnesses including the informant have been examined and three witnesses including the doctor and the I.O. are to be examined. It is further reported that the trial shall be concluded within six months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16944 of 2022(3) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
