In view of the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file proper and detailed representation before the District Education Officer, Saran (Respondent No. 4) with all the relevant documents within a period of six week from today.

3. If such representation is filed within the stipulated time period, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the parties in accordance with law, within a period of six months thereafter.

4. Writ application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
