JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 3. In paragraph '9' thereof, it is stated that the corrected marksheet of the petitioner has been uploaded on portal of the National Institute of Open Schooling.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for the original copy of the corrected marksheet on 04.07.2023 with requisite fee but the same has not been supplied to the petitioner.

This Court directs that in case, the original certificate/corrected marksheet of the petitioner has not been supplied to him, the same will be supplied within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application is disposed of.
